(June, 2014) Mueller Warden Projects Inc. is pleased to be chosen by the Developer of the Duvernay Point as the Project Manager and modular consultant for their multi-storey apartment housing project in the Town of Fox Creek, Alberta.
The Development Permit has been approved for Phase I of Duvernay Point which will provide the first 100+ of the much needed apartment style residences in this newest and growing Oil and Gas community in Alberta. The entire apartment complex will be built in phases and when complete, will consist of close to 700 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments, in 11 four storey buildings, situated on over 22 acres of fully developed site in the center of Town.
Duvernay Point is the largest residential, modular project undertaken in Western Canada with over 785,000 square feet of apartment modules built off-site and then delivered, assembled and finished on the site in Fox Creek.
The choice of using modular construction means that the project will be completed quickly and efficiently, and provide comfortable and luxurious furnished apartments to satisfy the needs of the Town for housing both the oil and gas workforce, as well as new families moving to this emerging Town.
Fox Creek is situated 2.5 hours from Edmonton and 2 hours from Grand Prairie.
